Your story, told well, and your team able to keep telling it.

Community organizations do essential work, then struggle to get the word out. We help churches, nonprofits, and grassroots groups to reach their neighbors with a brand, website, and campaigns their own volunteers can run after we leave.

What we create:

An outdoor booth with a beige canopy, pink background panels, and a pink counter, flanked by two white flags with brown trim, set on a paved area with trees and building in the background.
Two people having a discussion at a table with fabric swatches, a notebook, and a laptop in a bright room with shelves of sample materials in the background.
A cluttered office desk with various informational materials and branded items for 'The Lukumi Temple of Healing Light,' including a laptop, phone, business cards, pamphlets, a notebook, a mug, a pair of sunglasses, and a black sculpture, with a large plant in the background.
Set of printed materials including a letter, business cards, and an envelope for The Lukumi Temple of Healing Light, featuring a logo of a person meditating or praying with a scenic background, in shades of beige, white, and brown, along with a silver pen on a light gray surface.

Clear, accessible sites with RSVP and volunteer sign-up, built on platforms your staff can update without a developer.

We produce your first campaign, co-produce the next one with your team, then coach your team while they lead. You keep every file, template, login, and playbook we write for you. Each project should leave you needing us less.

Featured Work

Screenshot of a website for the Communities of Concern Commission supporting BIPOC organizations in Washington state. The page features a logo, navigation menu, a header indicating focus on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color community organizations, icons representing different cultural symbols, and a photograph of a group meeting in a conference room with a woman presenting to seated attendees.

For the Communities of Concern Commission, a Washington State 501©(3) coalition of Black, Indigenous, and communities of color leaders, we redesigned their website - cocc-wa.org (delivered 2025), configured and deployed their membership and training portal using Ontraport, and built the grant management platform behind its funding programs [now in final client review].

Who leads the work:

A wooden table with a black mug, a glass vase with sticks, a notebook with a pen, fabric samples, and a small tile.

Creative direction comes from our Principal, Ayodele Carter-Davis, a painter, engineer, artist who studied architecture and minored in fine arts at The City College of New York School of Architecture and brings 30 years of technology consulting and project leadership with Booz Allen & Hamilton, ThruPoint, Inc (now Acuative), The George Washington University, and The Executive Secret, Inc. Architecture training shapes how we design signs and spaces; consulting discipline keeps projects on schedule and grant-reportable. Our team is ready to deliver.

“Ayodele, what you have built is amazing!

Your presentation at our Second Annual Board & Member Retreat gave our members a much clearer understanding of where we are going as a Commission and how the systems you have developed will support their organizations moving forward.”
